The problem is not with any kind of browser. I tried using Firefox, Opera, and Chrome and got the same error. I am a web developer. The error showing up was a .NET framework error and had nothing to do with the browser type.

Well, good news. I am writing this while using Firefox! Last night I wasn't able to log in even using IE, but this morning, so far so good. -RMS

Hi RMS, I'll report it. I also received an error message while trying to use Firefox. I was able to sign in using Chrome. You might try using that browser in the meantime, since I tend to agree with you about IE. Jane

For a few days now I've been unable to sign in and reply using Firefox. It lets me put in my email address and password, and then the page won't load. I'm able to write this only because I've reduced myself to using [shudder] IE. Oh the humiliation of it all! Could I ask someone out there in Dependland to look into this? -RMS
